Who We Are...

          Jan Bartlett-Hicks, a licensed Interior Designer, Andrew McCauley, a licensed Architect, Tim Dowty, a Designer, and Rachel Schell a Designer had determined there was a business opportunity for a combination Architectural and Interior Design Services firm.  Thus creating Hicks, Dowty, McCauley & Schell Inc. (HDMS inc).
          Jan Bartlett-Hicks has successfully practiced Interior Design for the last 15 years as part owner of the Bartlett Hicks Enterprises firm. Further, she has also performed real estate brokerage services through the Bartlett-Hicks Enterprises/Realty firm.
          Andrew McCauley has founded, developed, and for the last six years has provided architecture services through his own architecture firm.  Andrew is also a registered Architect in the State of Arkansas with reciprocal rights in many states and is affiliated with the American Institute of Architects and a LEED accredited professional.
          Tim Dowty has participated in the design of restaurants, convenience stores, and other retail oriented projects. He has also gained additional experience coordinating construction activities, with contractors, of these same projects.
         Rachel Schell is a 2005 graduate of University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design and for the last two years Rachel has performed interior design duties on commercial and hospitality projects.
          Danny Mitchell With 33 years of experience in construction and development, Danny’s duties include: assisting our clients in putting together financial plans, working with Real Estate Agents in finding land for projects, locating tenants for lease spaces, and working with Civil Engineers on site development plans.
